A Quirky Cooking and Primal Alternative collaboration! Fouad developed this pastry/dough because he wanted a delicious grain-free alternative that was entirely made of real food. It is incredibly versatile – you can use this dough for sausage rolls, pie pastry, pizza bases, naan, flatbread, bread rolls – you name it! Some say this dough tastes like the ‘real deal’ and don’t even realise it’s grain-free. The pastry is pre-made and frozen, and posted in ec0-friendly packaging. INGREDIENTS: Almond meal, potato, tapioca flour, potato starch, olive oil, maple syrup, chia seeds, sea salt.
This pastry is prepared by your local Primalista with in a kitchen where peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, wheat, egg, cereals, crustacea, fish (including shellfish), sesame and lupin may be.
