It contains 128 gluten-free recipes (with both Thermomix and conventional methods) that are based on whole foods, with a focus on gut health. Most recipes are suitable for GAPS and Paleo diets, with dairy-free, egg-free, nut-fee, vegan and vegetarian variations where possible.
