While the delicious recipes, done for you meal plans and shopping lists will change your life, the real value of this challenge comes from the education I provide around a weekly health focus.

This program will not only teach you what healthy choices look like, but the why behind them. My goal is to empower you to continue the healthy habits and good food choices long after the program has ended; enabling you to not only lose those unwanted kilos but keep them from creeping back.
