Bec is a mum of three with a passion for cooking delicious and healthy food for her family, using minimally processed, good quality ingredients. She has been using her Thermomixers to cook all of her families basic food items and meals since 2011. Most recipes on her site and in her books are free from gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts and most are vegan, many contain meat variations.
